To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phonejoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
phonejoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phonejoy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phonejoy does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phonejoy makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and phonejoy, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent phonejoy from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
