These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phonejoy ("phonejoy," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phonejoy.org.

By accessing the phonejoy website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phonejoy platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account with phonejoy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of phonejoy, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phonejoy or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the platform.

phonejoy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any winnings derived from ineligible play may be forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the phonejoy platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

phonejoy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify phonejoy immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. phonejoy will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

phonejoy accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. phonejoy does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. phonejoy does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method registered in your name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• phonejoy reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. phonejoy does not charge withdrawal fees on its end.

phonejoy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus rules apply across all phonejoy promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• phonejoy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the phonejoy platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phonejoy staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your account or acting as an agent for any third party.

phonejoy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, and to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

All content on the phonejoy platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of phonejoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phonejoy content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phonejoy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phonejoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phonejoy account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phonejoy does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phonejoy makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the platform.

phonejoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team at [email protected].

You may close your phonejoy account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

phonejoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, phonejoy reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, phonejoy may report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

phonejoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phonejoy will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the phonejoy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, together with the date of last revision.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phonejoy, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phonejoy from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
